- Establishing the SOP, JD, Sourcing & Selecting the right people, Induction, Learning & Development, Handholding and partnering for performance.
- Drafting the Organizational Culture (Mission, Vision, Values, Business Model and company philosophy with the involvement of Leadership Team
- Attend monthly business review meetings and come up with business plans in accordance with the company goals and direction.
- Assess the talent pool development needs and create a personal development program for individuals. Act as mentor for key people to guide, coach and partnering for performance.
- Provide Leadership Development Program tailor made to the organization to meet the needs of Organizational Challenges.
